Pacific Coast Ocean Restoration Initiative (PCOR): Transformational Habitat Restoration for Subtidal Rocky Reef Ecosystems

A core objective of this project is to implement on-the-ground restoration and infrastructure to scale restoration. Specifically, the Initiative aims to advance restoration techniques, approaches, and implementation, across a suite of rocky reef ecosystem projects in southern, central, and northern California– focusing first on bull kelp, white abalone, and sunflower sea star recovery.
