The Copeland Creek Community Trail and Garden Initiative creates an interactive walking trail and community garden along the Copeland Creek watershed, linking Sonoma State University to Rancho Cotati High School. Featuring QR-coded signage with exercise, mindfulness, and environmental education content, it fosters inter-generational connections and community wellness. Collaborations include the Kinesiology Department, Psychology Department and the Center for Environmental Inquiry at Sonoma State University, promoting holistic health and ecological awareness across generations.
