Combating Food Insecurity: Expanding Food Access through Lobo's Pantry

Lobo’s Pantry is dedicated to supporting students facing food insecurity by offering free food and hygiene products. Recently, we’ve seen a significant rise in demand for these essential resources, presenting two key challenges: limited storage space for perishable items that require refrigeration or freezing, and a shortage of reusable bags for pantry users. This project aims to address these challenges by expanding our capacity to store and distribute food, ensuring we can provide students with the resources they need each week to thrive and stay on track toward graduation.
