Abstract:
This qualitative study aims to understand the experiences of tenured K-12 teachers through the COVID-19 pandemic, and how teacher identities and work relationships have been affected through the re-introduction of face-to-face instruction following a significant period of distance learning initiated by schools across the nation in response to the COVID-19 crisis.
