Abstract:
In the synopsis these slides represent some of the key points that Ronald Reagan had when he was the president. He became one to invent the trickle down theory that benefited only the rich and made the poor weak. This became targeted against the colored community and eventually segregated the whites form the colored and investments into the black communities declined.
