Abstract:
I made a presentation in which I dive into the culture of Native American traditions. I only touched on a small portion of it in which not all the tribes and nations do it but the majority do. Native American’s have a rich history that includes many traditions that continue to be displayed in this era. The traditions I chose to do are dances, food, belts, and more that have specific names and meanings. It was hard to choose only a few traditions to go in-depth and explore when there are so many of them and as I mentioned before, all the tribes have their own as well. Overall, I hoped to teach everyone a little bit about their traditions in hopes that they will want to learn more about Native American traditions and culture.
