Abstract:
The music from the 80s is still very influencial to todays culture and popular music. The way that music stays relevant actually has a lot to do with how your brain absorbs it. Dr Sears' proves this information and aids to our research. Many popular figures at the time are still celebrated today like John Lennon. Some artist today take influences and trends from 80s and will remake them. The remake becomes popular to younger generations ears giving the songs and beats a new life. Also giving the artist revamping the song a popular hit without having to write a new one.
