Abstract:
In this paper, I talk about what it was like to live in northern societies as an African American during The Great Migration. The Great Migration was a great time in American history for African Americans to start a new life and even have a voice in society. This paper will talk about the emergence of African Americans in the north as well as working opportunities. I will also be discussing the negatives of northern societies during such an event. Though The Great Migration was good time for African Americans, it was also a terrible bad for them as well.
