Abstract:
Due to file restrictions, my original review was FAR too large to be uploaded here, so I recommend thinking of this video as more of a trailer as I had to cut out over 9/10 of the actual end product for the symposium upload.
Luckily, however, the full video is available on youtube and I encourage you to watch that instead as it's the actual piece of work I put my heart and time into!

In this project, I analyze the film A Nightmare on Elm Street, as it was one of the most influential movies in the horror genre during the 1980s. With particular analysis pointed at the use of special effects and clever use of new technologies to create scenes that would go on to be iconic throughout the ages. I take note of two of the most important death scenes in the movie and even go in-depth about the process in which they are accomplished as well as hiccups experienced by the cast and crew during the production of the movie, Luckily everyone made it out okay.
