Abstract:
The goal of this study was to see if there was a significant impact on the mental and physical well-being of college aged individuals currently living on residential on-campus housing at Sonoma State during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Our voluntary questionnaire was designed to measure the degree to which people were affected by COVID-19, from a physical and mental health perspective. We observed that levels of isolation and stress in students were most commonly affected while feelings of frustration, sadness, and fatigue also showed increased changes among the subject population. Based on the results of this study, statistics showed that there were major changes in the mental and physical health of college aged individuals living in residential communities on campus.
