Abstract:
I created a drawing of different 1970's cartoon characters and put them all together. The characters shown are from the year 1970 through 1979. I decided to make Sabrina from Sabrina The Teenage Witch the center of my canvas because it is my favorite television show. I used bright colors to show the contrast in old 1970's cartoon versus cartoons in the 2000's. I wanted to emphasize the difference in cartoons and how they looked as well as how they impacted society.
