Abstract:
Blockbuster movies like The Breakfast Club and Ferris Buellers Day off reflected the culture, politics, and socioeconomic statuses of the 1980’s. Both movies showed the differnece in status of the characters as well as the rebellious nature of teens during that time. For my project I did a news video of my topic and pretended I was in the year 1986 when Ferris Bueller's Day off premiered. I did a deep dive into the movies and the current trends. Shortened version to fit.
