Abstract:
My project is basically a magazine/information guide to the most popular trends from the 1970's in regards to fitness and health. I wanted to make this "guide" to show people how much things have changed from then to now. The diet plans that I used in this magazine and examples of things that are not so popular today. Based on my research, it seems like dieting and healthy eating was not necessarily researched enough before people started to make it popular. I also included a well know way of exercising in my magazine. The last part of my magazine was a collage of images that represent music artists and bands that became widely popular for exercise purposes and also daily life!
