Abstract:
This project is a brief overview of what the 1920s had in changing black worship music. With the great migration occurring the clash of how the black gospel was presented in churches caused a conflict that in turn made the music have some significant changes in the following decades. through this PowerPoint, you will see some of the important reasons for this and an example of gospel music from the 1920s which is in the format of a youtube playlist. All sources presented in this PowerPoint will be sourced within it.
