The Push Button Feedback Kiosk is a device that will have four buttons, with each button serving as a different request. This device is intended to be used within restrooms and will notify custodians of any issues. Restroom users will press a specific button, and the press will be recorded. During three different set times of the day, a work order will be sent via email to the facility team. Then, depending on the work order and the issue, the necessary personnel for the task will be sent out. For instance, some of these requests may include providing more restroom supplies, cleaning a restroom, or fixing a broken pipe. Overall, this will facilitate custodians' jobs and provide a better experience for the public.
