Proposal Development

All proposals for external or CSU funding must be reviewed, and in most instances submitted, by the Office of Research & Sponsored Programs (ORSP). If you have identified a funding opportunity and would like to submit a proposal to the sponsoring organization, please submit the ORSP Proposal Intake Form (PIF). When ORSP receives your PIF, our Pre-Award office will work with you to prepare and review required components, route for institutional approvals, and submit the proposal.
