This research aims to analyze the performance of the Nebo-M VHF band radar in detecting stealth targets like the F-35. By studying the Russian Federation's radar capabilities, this study provides insights into the radar’s signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), probability of detection (Pd), and its overall effectiveness. Utilizing mathematical modeling, Probability, MATLAB simulations, and data from Command Modern Operations, this work offers a technical evaluation of the Nebo-M’s role in modern air defense and its implications for NATO’s strategic planning.
