The Anthropological Studies Center (ASC) will implement an Archaeological Monitoring for the Bale Slough Bear Creek Restoration Project. The Project is a joint effort between private landowners and the Napa Flood Control District (NFCD) with the goal of re-establishing floodplain and hydrologic processes, increasing and enhancing ecological function, restoring fish and riparian habitat, removal of nonnative/ invasive vegetation, and improving wetland hydrologic processes within in the Project reach. and undertake other steps as needed/required.
