The “Subscription” service will consist of a fixed fee annual payment that includes semi-annual delivery of the latest available digital information regarding historical resources (geo-location+resource, PDF+resource, database row), and reports (report geo-location+report, PDF+report, database row), for the entirety of the counties of Caltrans, District 4 that are maintained by the Northwest Information Center (NWIC). The services provide Caltrans with information crucial to the management and stewardship of resources under its ownership and control. Caltrans agrees to submit to the NWIC copies of completed cultural resources records and reports, for projects under its direct control, in digital format consistent with the information being provided by the NWIC.
