This study conducted a secondary data analysis to examine the measurement invariance of the Career Indecision Profile (CIP-65) between Korean American and South Korean populations. Given the bicultural context of Korean American individuals, the study aimed to determine whether the five-factor structure of career indecision would demonstrate adequate model fit and measurement invariance across the two cultural groups.
