All tenure-seeking faculty in the California State University (CSU) system are required to engage in the Reappointment, Tenure, and Promotion (RTP) process. The criteria for the RTP process is individually defined by each CSU, often separately outlined for each department. We are using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze similarities and differences between RTP documents for the universities and departments listed.
